Studies, obtains approval for, and implements improvements to quality, efficiency, equipment availability, safety, environmental performance, and costs
Leads analysis of recurring efficiency issues on production lines across all plant technologies; proposes and implements corrective actions after validation by the Area Methods team
Contributes to capital investments, primarily replacing obsolete equipment
Contributes to new-build projects (capital works)
Manages the financial resources allocated to each improvement or action under their responsibility
Organizes and supervises maintenance operations
Provides technical expertise on complex or recurring issues
Organizes and supervises interventions by external contractors
Occasionally covers shifts within the Operational Maintenance team
Acts as a driving force in proposing improvements to maintenance policy, safety, quality, environmental performance, losses, and costs
Actively participates in the technical development of Production staff and Technical Services
Develops skills through self-learning and takes ownership of their personal development plan
Works to reduce spare parts consumption.
Requirements
BTS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnical Engineering
3–5 years' experience in maintenance
Experience with utilities and networks
English: B2 level
