Prepare prototypes and perform tests on flexible tubes, umbilicals, fittings and equipment to meet internal requests and to approve products manufactured in Brazil and abroad.
Create and register purchase requisitions according to internal demands.
Follow up on requisitions and purchase orders, monitoring deadlines and status.
Interact with Purchasing, Engineering, Planning and suppliers.
Receive and verify materials (physical and documentary inspection).
Perform basic material inspection, identifying discrepancies or non-conformities.
Control the receipt, issuance and organization of project materials.
Manage and organize the tooling shop, including loan records.
Keep records updated in the ERP system and in control spreadsheets.
Support inventories and ensure the organization and traceability of materials.

Technical diploma in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance Mechanics, Metallurgy, Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation or Maintenance.
Experience preparing purchase requisitions and following up on orders.
Experience in receiving, checking and performing basic inspection of materials.
Knowledge of inventory control for project materials and tooling.
Familiarity with ERP systems and spreadsheets.
Experience preparing and reviewing technical documents.
Operational experience, preferably in metalworking/metal-mechanical environments.
Intermediate MS Office skills and basic knowledge of Power BI.
Basic English.
