Identifying, assessing, and mitigating contract-related risks by collaborating with legal, finance, and risk management teams
Maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure contract clarity, execution, and ongoing success
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, compliance, or a related function
Demonstrated ability to analyze legal and financial documents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes
