Lead end-to-end execution of large, multi-year enterprise platform programs from initiation through delivery and stabilization.
Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Drive alignment across multiple initiatives to ensure cohesive delivery across the enterprise enablement portfolio.
Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery models.
Establish and maintain program governance, including operating rhythms, executive readouts, risk escalation, and decision frameworks.
Partner with senior leaders, platform owners, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive clarity, alignment, and accountability.
Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, architecture, security, operations, finance, and change/adoption teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field required
8+ years of experience in program or project management, leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
8+ years of experience standing up and leading complex enterprise programs in technology-driven environments
Experience managing budgets, financial tracking, and executive reporting
Demonstrated experience with organizational change management
Experience delivering platform, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise enablement initiatives
Strong command of program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Deep understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methodologies
Program or portfolio management certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred
