Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors
6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of independently leading projects
Demonstrated experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services
Proven success in developing webinars and live events
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to identify and present data-driven insights
Solid understanding of end-to-end work processes
