Own the end-to-end networking technology strategy for US Telcos.

Improve SE productivity, coverage, and technical program consistency across the Area.

Requirements
10+ years’ experience in SE leadership with a track record of people development and team building
Proven leadership experience in Systems Engineering leading a large, complex account.
Deep expertise in service provider networking (MPLS, Segment Routing, BGP, IS-IS, etc.), data center networking (EVPN/VXLAN, leaf‑spine), and campus & branch networking.
Demonstrated ability to build and inspire high‑performing technical teams.
Strong communication, executive presence, and strategic thinking.
Experience guiding customers through large-scale network transformations.
Demonstrated profound understanding of technology dynamics within area of control, as a basis for informed business decision making.
Experience in workforce planning, executing acquisition and development strategies targeted to ensuring workforce readiness, and market opportunity responsiveness.
University or Bachelor's degree, advanced university or Master's degree preferred.
