Discover, develop, manage and grow strategic accounts, new Logo/Customers, Industries and assigned territories.
Identify, qualify and quantify all opportunities within assigned accounts and/or territory.
Develop, Manage, execute a medium and long-term go to market strategy and business plans.
Develop and present Thales CSP solutions to customer meetings and marketing events.
Develop relationships with top management (MD, Vice Presidents; CxO level).
Enable partner community to sell Thales Cloud Protection Licensing (CSP) solutions.
Provide accurate and reliable weekly forecast to the management.
Work in team, collaborate closely with Presales Engineers, Products Marketing and peer sales teams.
Maintain an accurate record of all sales opportunities throughout the sales process using the CRM system (SFDC).
Requirements
7+ years of sales experience in IT industries, enterprise software companies.
At least 3 years at major account sales and at the regional level in IT Security field.
Channel sales experience in developing and implementing channel.
Experience to work with system integrators, service providers, large resellers channel development and network industry with experience in security is a plus.
Bachelor degree (B.A / B.S.) or higher.
Knowledge in security technology, enterprise software and Hardware IT solutions, cloud.
Strong presentation skills at all levels, business development acumen and virtual team building.
Fluent in English & Spanish.
