Develop and deploy standardized project and portfolio management processes, templates, and governance frameworks.
Build and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and reporting routines to enable data-driven decision-making.
Partner with Program Directors and project teams to support adoption of PMDC methodologies and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Lead training, onboarding, and capability-building programs for PMDC roles in collaboration with the Learning and Engagement team.
Support the rollout and continuous improvement of project management tools and knowledge systems in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
Facilitate lessons learned capture, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Contribute to the long-term scalability and sustainability of PEC by identifying opportunities for innovation, simplification, and cross-functional alignment
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in medtech , pharma, or regulated R&D.
Proven ability to implement PMO capabilities (governance, metrics, training, tools).
Strong understanding of stage-gate processes, portfolio management, and cross-functional project leadership.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
