Provide technical support to engineers and project managers
Conduct research and gather data for engineering projects
Assist with prototype design and development
Perform tests and troubleshoot equipment
Create and maintain technical documentation
Coordinate and schedule project tasks and activities
Monitor project progress and report updates to management
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget
Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during project execution
Conduct quality control checks on engineering projects
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Identify and report any quality issues or concerns
Work with engineers to implement quality improvement measures
Maintain and calibrate engineering equipment and tools
Troubleshoot and repair equipment when necessary
Keep inventory of equipment and supplies
Make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or concerns
Train team members on safety procedures and protocols
Implement safety measures to prevent accidents or injuries.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering technology, industrial management, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
Expertise in specialized engineering technologies and systems.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced technical tools.
Strategic thinking and the ability to align documentation processes with business goals.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
