Drive a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of engineering deliverables.
Analyze and best utilize our automation portfolio options including DS Agile, IEMS, G500, GPG, D20.
Provide guidance and review for project-critical design decisions.
Support bid and project execution phases by defining system-level concepts and integration strategies.
Collaborate with global engineering teams, project management, and supply chain to ensure smooth system integration and handover to commissioning.
Build strong succession and competency development plans for all subfunctions.
Partner closely with NPI, Tendering, and Regional Commercial teams.
Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited university or college.
8 years in electricity and automation engineering, including distribution automation, substation digitization, diagnostics, APM, device management, and cybersecurity
3 years designing and programming electrical control systems, including SCADA/HMI, IEC 61850, firewalls, cybersecurity, and networking
5 years managing engineering teams
Fully fluent in English
Willingness to travel 30% in the US and Canada
