Troubleshoot complex technical issues across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, and integrated systems; perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
Manage and maintain (SharePoint Server 2013/2016/2019 & Subscription Edition), including site collections, permissions, content databases, and service applications.
Configure, monitor, and optimise performance, security, and availability.
Support migration projects (on-premises to SharePoint Online, tenant-to-tenant, or version upgrades).
Develop and support custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies.
Build and maintain solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including architecture, service applications, and administration.
SP data migrations (experience of Sharegate
who also has good experience of PP/CE)
Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Experience working within ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments.
5+ years' experience with Power Platform technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Experience with migration tooling such as Sharegate, AvePoint Fly, or LinkFixer Advanced.
