Lead the development and execution of innovative patient access strategies for Sobi’s portfolio
Ensure that therapies reach patients efficiently, sustainably, and successfully
Craft and adapt compelling value stories and economic models to support payer negotiations
Lead execution of access plans—from stakeholder mapping to pricing and reimbursement submissions
Proactively engage with payers, authorities, and stakeholders to identify and overcome barriers
Equip cross-functional teams with tools to communicate the value of Sobi’s therapies effectively
Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare ecosystem
Monitor pricing environments and policy shifts to ensure competitiveness and compliance

A Master’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or health economics
5–10 years of experience in pricing, reimbursement, and patient access—ideally within pharmaceuticals or consultancy
Strong expertise in economic evaluation and evidence-based value communication
Proven experience in developing and executing strategic access plans
A track record of successful stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in rare diseases (and ideally lipidology) is a strong advantage
Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language
