Field Reimbursement Manager

Role Overview

• Reporting to the Director of Field Reimbursement
• Serve as a key resource for health systems and hospitals
• Maintain a targeted account list and proactively engage customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Educate customers on benefit verification and prior authorizations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve access barriers
• Provide market insights to inform strategy for patient access solutions

Requirements

• A minimum of a B.A/B.S. required
• A minimum five (5) years of work experience in Pharmaceuticals/Biotech/Medical Device
• Relevant understanding of patient journey navigation
• Knowledge of payer coverage policies
• Experience in pharmacy benefit reimbursement
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy and distribution
• Ability to identify and engage with key reimbursement contacts
• Strong technical expertise in reimbursement and patient access
