Working with our wider Salesforce practice you will deliver market-defining Salesforce projects across various Salesforce Clouds.
You will operate across the project lifecycle from discovery through to development, test, training, and post-implementation support.
Participate in the discovery phase and provide an estimation of the business requirements.
Planning and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project execution as per technical and functional specifications.
Reviewing technical requirements and adapting those into a Force.com application.
Communicating with end-users to fully understand client expectations.
Participating in and leading code-review sessions to identify potential project bottlenecks and suggest solutions.
Engagement in technical design discussions, requirement analysis, database design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce and associated software applications.Managing technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions.
Providing hands-on support in software/application architecture, development, design, independent analysis, and problem resolution.
Overseeing development, design, UI, and technology integration efforts for the effective completion of a project. configuration, customization, data Migration, and deployment of applications to the Force.com platform.
Providing guidance to clients and developers over technology, processes, and applications while updating them on regular project-related developments.
Effectively troubleshoot production issues.
Train and integrate new team members and proactively support the continued development of existing team members.
Build and promote a positive working environment for the team.
Effectively manage team members in line with company policy and procedures, including performance, development, disciplinary and conflict resolution with effective feedback.
Supporting Presales during the development of new business with new or existing clients.
Participate in recruitment activities where necessary.
Maintain certification in selected salesforce products.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

A minimum 4 years’ experience developing on the Salesforce platform including:
Declarative Salesforce (i.e., Validation Rules, Process Builders, Lightning Flows)
Proficient in SOQL and Apex (Triggers, Async Apex, Custom Controllers)
Experienced in SFDC Customization using Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC)
Hands-on experience in Integrating with REST and SOAP based Web Services.
Create good unit tests that provide more than just code coverage.
A solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits Produce code that is easy to read and maintain.
SFDX Knowledge and Salesforce CLI is a must. Should have hands on experience deploying metadata using sfdx.
Working experience with Bitbucket and continuous delivery pipelines.
Break a large problem into smaller deliverables that we can ship quickly to get important feedback from customers.
A minimum 2 years of Hands-on Salesforce Core Cloud project experience in delivering Salesforce CRM, Service, Sales Automation, Customer Support, or Helpdesk project.
Mapping or Implementation of Campaign to Lead, Lead to Quote, Quote to Order processes in the respective platform.
Good handle of the packaging and deployment concepts in their respective platforms.
Good handle on creating reports and dashboards in their respective platform of expertise.
An active Trailblazer Profile.
Proven track record in software development environments and experiences of end-to-end project lifecycles.
Proficient in co-coordinating with teams and clients across different time zones.
Experience with typical Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementations.
Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project.
Overall, 7 to 12 Years of IT experience. Desirable Experience & Knowledge.
Good knowledge or development experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, or equivalent JS Framework.
Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
Wider Salesforce certification in other Clouds like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
Experience in developing solutions on Salesforce Lightning Communities, Salesforce B2B Commerce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Prior experience in developing SPA using JavaScript Framework along, hands-on with HTML, CSS decisions for the platform, including service decomposition, API design, data modelling, and handler
