About this role
Role Overview
Provide high level operational support for the entire order to cash process for US and PR
Assist internal customers from various departments and levels by providing data, analysis, and insight
Maintain detailed knowledge of Pfizer’s trade policies, SOP’s and standard business processes
Partner with management to identify operation metrics and provide insights to management team
Execute brand team initiatives by assisting in implementation and measurement of success
Process complex order/billing and collaborate for account set up leading to processing of invoices
Requirements
High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience or BA/BS.
Experience working in customer service and supply chain management.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Strong Excel skills.
Microsoft office knowledge
