Specialty Support Analyst I

Role Overview

• Provide high level operational support for the entire order to cash process for US and PR
• Assist internal customers from various departments and levels by providing data, analysis, and insight
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Pfizer’s trade policies, SOP’s and standard business processes
• Partner with management to identify operation metrics and provide insights to management team
• Execute brand team initiatives by assisting in implementation and measurement of success
• Process complex order/billing and collaborate for account set up leading to processing of invoices

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience or BA/BS.
• Experience working in customer service and supply chain management.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Microsoft office knowledge
