About this role
Role Overview
The Solution Developer (ServiceNow) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and architecting all activities related to the development of ServiceNow.
This includes identifying and troubleshooting any application issues, resolving or escalating them as needed.
Assist in gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions.
Work closely with the Project Manager/ Team/Platform Lead and reports to designated senior International Staff and/or senior National Staff.
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Build complex scripts, workflows, forms, and business rules to meet organizational needs.
Conduct root cause analysis for platform issues and implement preventive measures.
Requirements
Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications, enhancing user experience, and aligning solutions with business requirements.
Skilled in building complex custom applications, including designing and implementing advanced workflows, forms, and integrations.
Solid understanding and application of Agile methodologies, including experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
A proactive mindset for learning and keeping up with platform upgrades.
