Lead complex analytical projects, applying advanced knowledge of business, product, and statistics.
Evaluate the impact of Product initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic metrics.
Act as a strategic partner to teams, generating hypotheses and identifying non-obvious opportunities.
Manage senior stakeholders, building trust-based relationships and influencing data-driven decisions.
Anticipate business needs by proposing analyses that support decisions before they are requested.
Mentor other analysts, developing technical and behavioral skills and raising the team's overall capability.
Deeply understand the company's strategy and translate it into data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
Experience working in SaaS companies.
Experience working directly with digital products.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of BI concepts, including ETL, data wrangling, and data visualization.
Proficiency in SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets).
Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery (writing and optimizing queries).
Ability to turn data into clear, actionable visualizations that support decision-making.
Solid knowledge of statistical techniques applied to complex problems, such as causal analysis, correlation, forecasting, and time series.
