Capital Markets & Crypto Risk Director

Role Overview

• Responsible for a broad range of operational risk management tasks supporting functional process owners in Capital Markets, Core Processing & Risk
• Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area
• Coordinate work, train and develop other team members
• Conduct process walkthrough meetings with Operations
• Design test scripts, conduct testing, reporting results, and compiling reporting for management
• Lead the coordination of external audits and internal Compliance exams

Requirements

• College degree (BS or BA)
• At least 4 years' relevant experience
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures
• Ability to operate independently across the majority of day-to-day responsibilities
• Strong analytical skills, including root cause analysis
• Power BI and Alteryx are a plus
