About this role
Role Overview
- Work closely with internal customers, including the bid team, projects and Energy Network Solutions (maintenance and repairs) teams
- Develop engineering solutions
- Develop CAD models/drawings including route plans, excavation works, installation layouts and structural designs
- Produce Bills of Quantities for individual projects
- Write up reports for design reviews, tenders and investigations
Requirements
- Studying for a degree in Civil Engineering
- Analytical, organisational and logical skills
- IT skills and knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience of using 3D CAD design tools (such as Creo, Revit, Civil 3D) would be an advantage.
