Role Overview
- First point of contact for all quality issues impacting the services supply chain within your region
- Handles in-depth investigations into nonconformances, managing containment activities
- Leads complex quality improvement initiatives, ensuring objectives are delivered
- Supports the coordination of activities within the team, ensuring accountability for results
- Guides the execution and coordinating of warehouse/supply chain quality oversight activities
- Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise
- Develops and delivers specialized training programs on advanced quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in supplier quality within the medical device industry
- Proven experience in CAPA and SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) processes
- Strong background in root cause investigation methodologies and problem-solving tools
- Hands-on experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) , including validation of new repair activities
- Demonstrated ability to program manage APQP projects
- Solid understanding and practical experience in handling non-conformance processes
