Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive LiveOps roadmap (quarterly, monthly, weekly) that aligns with long-term business objectives.
Oversee the configuration, QA, and deployment of LiveOps initiatives using internal tools and external platforms.
Proactively monitor live service and event performance in real-time to rapidly identify and react to issues or optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with Development, Art, Game Design, and Analytics to ensure a cohesive live service experience.
Coordinate push notifications and asset delivery with marketing teams to keep players informed of new events and initiatives.
Monitor KPIs related to events and collaborate with Data Analytics to transform player behavior into valuable learnings.
Work directly with the Game Design team to deliver unique events and enhance the LiveOps toolbox.

You have a solid foundational understanding of Live Operations and F2P mobile gaming mechanics, e.g. through coursework or personal research.
You are familiar with data tools (like SQL or Excel) and have a keen interest in turning data into actionable insights.
High levels of self-organization and the ability to manage complex content calendars in a fast-paced environment.
Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for our international team.
A deep intuition for what makes strategy games engaging and a genuine passion for being a gamer yourself.
