Prepares clear, concise reporting and presentations for senior leaders.
Leads the most complex analytical and modeling efforts.
Conducts research and analysis on economic and financial trends and develops forecasts and scenario models to evaluate strategic initiatives, decisions, and risk exposures.
Builds strong relationships across Church departments, collaborating effectively to obtain accurate information and provide clear financial insight.
Contributes to defining the structure and content of reporting needs, including metrics and data visualizations.
Communicates complex financial information in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, statistics, or a related field.
CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, auditing, business management, or financial research.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
A thorough knowledge of Church financial systems at both headquarters and international.
Church employment experience is preferred.
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team development capabilities.
