Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer sites.
Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, and carries out minor product repairs within a designated territory.
Inspects products to ensure proper operation and resolves observed issues and/or escalates according to established procedures.
Schedules service visits, completes all required documentation, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
Requirements
High school diploma required; technical education in electronics or equivalent work experience.
Minimum relevant experience in Field Services, with electromechanics and/or maintenance/hardware experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license (CNH) and driving record that meet Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements.
Active CFT registration/certification.
Technical diploma in Electrotechnics.
Owns a personal vehicle.
