Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas within a defined set of Named Accounts in the AMER region.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing Enterprise-level deals.
Partner with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure successful deal closure and customer adoption.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customer executives and business decision-makers.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and clearly articulating the value of Unity's solutions to drive digital transformation.
Requirements
Strong experience in SaaS, Platform, and/or Cloud Technology sales
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a personal quota
Experience navigating and closing complex, six-to-seven figure enterprise deals
Effective management of a large sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
Proficiency in developing and delivering executive-level presentations
