Role Overview
- Work on RxCLAIM / Claim Adjudication enhancements, focusing on claim processing logic and system integrations
- Develop and enhance applications interacting with downstream healthcare systems
- Maintain and improve existing systems while building new solutions
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues
- Document system flows and business logic
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Synon development
- Strong hands-on experience with COBOL programming in enterprise environments
- Proven experience in PBM or healthcare domain (claims, eligibility, benefits, pharmacy systems)
- Extensive experience with IBM i (AS400) environments
- Experience troubleshooting batch processing and high-volume transaction systems
- Ability to lead technical efforts and mentor team members
