Responsible for designing, leading, and ensuring the accurate execution of the organization’s accounting procedures and activities.
Supervise and perform daily accounting processes, producing accounting and financial reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) with active registration with the CRC (Regional Accounting Council).
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and supervising a company’s full accounting cycle.
Experience in:
executing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings
preparing and analyzing financial statements
handling intercompany operations and basic financial consolidation
accounting and tax audit processes
Proven experience in consolidated financial reporting, intercompany operations, and transfer pricing — including familiarity with the new Brazilian transfer pricing rules aligned with the OECD (Law 14.596/2023, in effect since 2024).
Strong practical knowledge of CPC, GAAP, IFRS, and transfer pricing regulations, including the new Brazilian framework aligned with the OECD (Law 14.596/2023).
Experience with payroll processes and their integration with accounting.
Experience in auditing large firms (PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, etc.) is a plus but not required.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced English, with the ability to communicate in an international corporate environment.
