Role Overview
- Act as a project lead and partner with the client to define and manage the scope of the project
- Serve as an expert on data methodologies, ensuring consistency with industry standards
- Oversee all data strategy and processing activities, providing ongoing review and guidance
- Inform client and project teams on data anomalies and formulate solutions
- Collaborate with client and project teams to finalize methodologies and educate clients on data impact
- Identify growth opportunities for junior data analysts and mentor them
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of healthcare claims data, project management experience required
- 3+ years’ experience leading teams
- Experience overseeing project teams and working in a client-facing capacity
- Experience using SAS, SQL or equivalent programming language
