Role Overview
- Advise French
- and English-speaking clients by recommending suitable products and services
- Collect required information for changes or renewals of automobile and/or home insurance
- Issue policies in accordance with established guidelines
- Assess current and future needs of policyholders to offer appropriate automobile and home insurance coverages
- Perform other related duties
Requirements
- AEC (Attestation d'études collégiales) in Property and Casualty Insurance or DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) in Financial Services and Insurance Techniques
- Valid AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license in personal property and casualty insurance
- Related work experience (an asset)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize
- Accuracy and sound judgment
- Ability to work independently and punctuality
