You’ll be responsible for writing the copy that makes users act. Upgrades, renewals, activations, cross-sells – your words move people through the funnel. You'll work across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-product messaging, reaching millions of users around the world.
You'll be part of the Lifecycle team, and work collaboratively with Lifecycle specialists, Product, Data, and Engineering to turn insights into messaging that performs.
Requirements
2+ years of experience writing conversion-focused copy
Strong understanding of SaaS or digital product marketing
Strong grasp of customer journeys – you think in funnels, not just lines of copy
Experience writing for email or lifecycle campaigns is a strong plus. Make sure to provide writing samples.
Comfortable working with experiments and performance metrics
Strong communicator and comfortable working cross-functionally
Native level English
