Role Overview
- Managing all legal matters associated with Monzo's employment, incentives and pensions
- Providing strategic legal advice and commercial solutions on EIP matters
- Serving as trusted adviser to the Group Chief People Officer and Executive leadership
- Managing a team of two senior employment lawyers
- Supporting international EIP projects and matters in the EU
Requirements
- Significant post-qualification experience in the field of employment law (c.15 Yrs PQE+ as a guide)
- Outstanding technical skills and strong knowledge of employment law, incentives and pensions
- Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and keen problem solver
- Comfortable handling a wide range of legal issues
- Passionate about the intersection of banking and technology
