The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for defining, planning, managing, and safely executing O-I’s major capital projects.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across all major/minor projects.
Lead and manage projects following the global project management fundamental non-negotiables and toll gate process.
Serve as a strategic partner, aligning project execution with business objectives, driving innovation, and leading change initiatives across the organization.
Driving a construction safety culture on site during project execution and implementing the construction safety fundamentals.
Regular reporting of project status and cost to senior corporate and CG leadership.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, project management, or engineering management preferred)
Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing industries process / engineering / project management
Working knowledge of glass plant process
Experience on managing CAPEX projects required
PMP certification by PMI desired
SAP knowledge desired
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Construction Cloud
