Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Manage day-to-day operations within Business Application team.
Manage local IT Budget and Control
End to end project management for developing strategies and implementing IT applications to support business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies by technology.
Perform initial business analysis in conjunction with the Business and BizTX and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed.
Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer science, or related fields.
10 years of experience in complex project or program management
Proven records in in SAP, or large-scale ERP and its system Integration Implementation.
Strong technical skills in Ms. SQL, System Integrations and Database Management.
Knowledge of e-Commerce, website, digital experiences is a plus.
Proven IT Program or Project Management skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
Strong resilience and agility with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience in consulting and leading application projects within FMCG would be highly desirable.
Flexible to occasionally work outside working time zone when required.
