Manage the entire “zero-to-one” product lifecycle from initial data analysis through launch, understanding how to structure the data to support multiple workflows, define requirements, supporting development, testing, managing ongoing feedback in incremental enhancements.
Act as the primary bridge between complex user workflows and technical execution, translating sophisticated analytical needs into robust data architectures while partnering with platform peers (Web, Excel, and AI) to ensure seamless data delivery.
Work alongside internal domain experts with deep capital markets / investment research experience to understand user pain points, validate product hypotheses, prompt innovation and inform prioritization.
Articulate core client problems and collaborate with engineers to validate potential solutions based on robust customer feedback, strategic objectives, market analysis, and technical feasibility.
Vigilant in remaining well informed of industry trends to deliver competitive intelligence to better evolve product and content vision. Analyze other relevant competing content sets in the market. and interact with customers to understand their workflows and pain points and gather and document actionable feedback.
Demonstrate strong and persuasive communication skills, ensuring complex ideas are understood by cross-departmental partners, gaining alignment and buy-in to drive valuable impact.
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience in the fintech, investment research, or financial services industry
Proven track record of managing complex products with many moving parts. You excel at making difficult trade-off decisions and sequencing development to deliver value under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and highly team-oriented
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience with Notion and Linear
Data Fluent: Comfortable using SQL, LLMs, or a combination of both to query complex datasets, audit for quality, and translate technical findings into user value is considered an asset
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business, MBA or a CFA designation
