Lead the finance team in the successful implementation of the core banking system across Mashreq geographies.
Act as the primary interface between the finance department and the project implementation team.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, alignment with organizational financial processes, and seamless integration of the new system into financial reporting and controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure finance requirements are met.
Design and validate finance-specific configurations within Oracle Flexcube.
Coordinate data migration activities and ensure accurate transfer of finance-related historical data.
Drive automation in financial statement preparation, reconciliation processes, and internal controls.
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in system implementation
Demonstrated experience in implementing core banking systems, particularly Oracle Flexcube.
Sound knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and financial reporting systems.
Expertise in Oracle Flexcube configurations for finance modules.
Proficient in financial data migration and reconciliation techniques.
Strong understanding of system integrations and ERP systems.
