Provide strategic commercial legal advice to business stakeholders across the organization
Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes to scale efficiently
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to support vendor onboarding and management
Identify legal risks and opportunities in commercial relationships and provide clear, actionable guidance
Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial contracts in multiple jurisdictions

Rigorous legal training at a reputable law firm and best practices
Significant experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, and other commercial contracts
Understand business objectives and can provide practical, business-oriented legal advice that balances risk with opportunity
Quickly grasps complex issues, identify risks, and propose creative solutions
Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
Writes and speaks fluent English
