About this role
Role Overview
Develop training content for in-person and virtual learning sessions in line with client standards and requirements.
Deliver training in a logical, clear, and easy-to-understand manner, adapting to different audiences and learning styles.
Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to develop and enhance virtual and classroom-based learning materials.
Participate in certification processes when required.
Maintain an above-average understanding of how vehicles operate, including core automotive systems and features.
Study in depth the topics being trained, the automotive market, dealership environments, and product portfolios.
Relate training content to real-life dealership and customer scenarios, enabling learners to apply knowledge in their daily work.
Communicate effectively with clients, following instructions and incorporating feedback and suggestions.
Act as a key liaison between GP Strategies and the client, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Supervise, advise, and respond to client inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Manage tight schedules and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Organize and manage daily training data and administrative information accurately.
Adapt quickly to short-term changes in organization, content, market conditions, and work environment.
Demonstrate the ability to learn, analyze, and apply new information rapidly.
Requirements
Experience working as a sales instructor and/or soft skills trainer.
Previous experience as Instructor in Automotive sector
Previous experience developing content for trainings
Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging training in both in-person and virtual environments.
