About this role
Role Overview
- Support the analysis and optimization of Production Planning & Control, Internal Logistics, and Assembly processes
- Focus on understanding current operations, mapping value streams, and identifying improvement opportunities using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
- Actively contribute to building more efficient, standardized, and flow-oriented processes within the organization
- Analyze production and logistics processes to identify waste (Muda) and inefficiencies
- Develop Value Stream Mapping (VSM) with the team and propose improvement actions focused on reducing lead time and increasing productivity
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Kaizen tools
- Create and maintain standardized work, including procedures and work instructions
- Contribute to the design and optimization of production workstations and micro-layouts
- Support the implementation of line feeding concepts, including Kanban systems and material supply strategies
- Assist in the development of visual management systems (Visual Factory) to improve transparency and performance tracking
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Interest in process optimization and industrial operations
- Proactive
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, 5S
- Resilient
