Support the analysis and optimization of Production Planning & Control, Internal Logistics, and Assembly processes
Focus on understanding current operations, mapping value streams, and identifying improvement opportunities using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
Actively contribute to building more efficient, standardized, and flow-oriented processes within the organization
Analyze production and logistics processes to identify waste (Muda) and inefficiencies
Develop Value Stream Mapping (VSM) with the team and propose improvement actions focused on reducing lead time and increasing productivity
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Kaizen tools
Create and maintain standardized work, including procedures and work instructions
Contribute to the design and optimization of production workstations and micro-layouts
Support the implementation of line feeding concepts, including Kanban systems and material supply strategies
Assist in the development of visual management systems (Visual Factory) to improve transparency and performance tracking
Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Interest in process optimization and industrial operations
Proactive
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, 5S
