You participate in the technical follow-up of our industrial equipment (commissioning, installation and ongoing support)
Through strong commitment, you take responsibility for managing and developing your client portfolio, positioning yourself as a true partner
With technical follow-up constituting the majority of your time, you ensure the quality of clients' washing processes as well as their energy and environmental performance
You carry out audits, diagnostics, trials/tests, and provide on-site user training and demonstrations.
Requirements
You hold a degree equivalent to 2 to 5 years of higher education (e.g., associate's to master's) in chemistry or textiles, ideally with initial commercial and technical experience in a B2B environment
You have a strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, combining commercial acumen with a keen interest in technical matters
Your availability, mobility and autonomy will be essential to success in this role
Valid driving license (category B) and fluent English required.
