Support of existing and new automation systems integrated into Roche infrastructure
Lead and execute automation projects across all project phases such as initiation, design and implementation (independently and with support from internal and external specialists)
Collaborate with interfaces during projects and change activities
Implement automation systems into Roche infrastructure
Connect automation systems to the Data Historian
Define strategy and maintain the lifecycle of PC-based automation systems
Support internal customers with technical inquiries and during regulatory inspections
Operations engineering to ensure continuous production availability
Continuously optimize process plants and evaluate, test, and recommend new technologies
Proactively support customers in defining and initiating capital investment projects
Requirements
Solid foundational education with a completed degree (FH/TU) in Automation or Computer Science—or equivalent knowledge—and at least 5 years' professional experience in automation or IT
Familiar with managing capital investment projects, particularly the procurement of package units
Technical expertise in networking and automation software: Siemens PCS7, S7, TIA, WinCC
Several years' experience as a project manager
Strong experience in GMP and GAMP environments
Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills within the organization and appropriate stakeholder management at all levels
Willingness to work in an agile, self-organized environment
Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
