Role Overview
- Oversee all aspects of Global HRIS and Americas HR operations
- Manage Workday configuration, security, user access, and upgrades of modules
- Lead Workday-related projects, including new module implementations
- Support data flows with other systems and ensure seamless integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Information Technology
- 5-9+ years of progressive HRIS experience with a focus on Workday environments
- In-depth functional and technical knowledge of Workday HCM and its various modules
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel
