Role Overview
- Assist the AP Manager with overseeing the CAO A/P Department
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Review A/P invoices for accuracy
- Oversee the setup of new vendors in the a/p system
- Assist in the yearly processing of 1099 tax information
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or accounts payable experience
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to interpret various instructions
