About this role
Role Overview
You will be responsible for evolving the partner experience in a structured and scalable way, working at the intersection of systems, processes and journey.
Map the partner journey end-to-end, designing the operational foundation and the benefits that support that experience;
Implement and manage systems that support channels and partnership programs, such as marketplace and PRM (Partner Relationship Management);
Orchestrate communication, systems, rules and processes cross-functionally across the directorates that serve partners;
Manage and map the area’s projects, ensuring fast and effective resolution of conflicts in complex situations;
Ensure the consolidation of a single, integrated structure that enhances the partner experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in areas such as Customer Success, Operations, Partnerships or Channel Programs, working in structured and cross-functional contexts;
Hands-on experience managing portfolios, with a clear understanding of journey, experience and continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle;
Good understanding of SaaS business models and how functions like Sales, CS and Marketing connect to create value;
Experience in environments with multiple stakeholders, with the ability to navigate across teams, influence decisions and unblock complex issues;
Ability to structure problems, prioritize demands and lead projects autonomously.
