About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across the Middle East region
Identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities with clients
Positioning and selling Sphera’s ORM software solutions
Delivering tailored value propositions to support long-term client success
Leading the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close
Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients
Requirements
A minimum of 5+ years of successful experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments
Experience selling into risk, EHS, compliance, or governance functions (highly preferred)
Strong understanding of Operational Risk Management (ORM) concepts
Demonstrated success in closing large and complex sales
Strong hunter skills
Experience should include negotiations, successful partnerships and/or joint ventures
Proficiency with MS applications required (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
