Securing technical know-how through training, coaching, and documentation updates.

A PhD and 10+ years of experience or 15+ years of lab and technical experience in a global development and manufacturing environment in the chemical, polymer, or related industries.
QA and Lab experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of technology, process scaling, process safety, and quality assurance practices.
Experience with OPEX, digitization, and sustainability projects.
Proven ability to perform on a cross-functional team and cultivate a collaborative, customer-centric atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information.
Strong analytical skills with a practical approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.
Ability to work in a global team and manage projects across multiple regions.
