3-4 years hands-on experience with paid digital media channel campaign buying and planning, setup, ongoing optimization, measurement and testing.
Experience with programmatic display and paid social media platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads/DV360, The Trade Desk.
Experience with mid-size clients and as a part of media teams in growth mode.
Leverage first and third-party data sets to effectively target media audiences.
Ability to develop, track and improve key performance metrics including Return on Ad Spend and Awareness/Engagement.
Experience with AI-powered capabilities native to media platforms is preferred.
Experience working with campaign budgets and Financial/Accounting teams.
Strong attention to detail in overseeing complex projects.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
