Lead and manage sales activities for the Grifols Diagnostics portfolio in Singapore and the Philippines, ensuring consistent market growth and strong customer engagement.
Build and strengthen relationships with public and private hospital Blood Banks, key accounts, regulators, policy makers, KOLs and business partners.
Expand market presence in Immunohematology (IH) and NAT solutions through tenders, contracts, site visits and continuous customer engagement.
Identify commercial opportunities, follow up on leads, and drive execution of territory business plans aligned with regional strategies.
Collaborate closely with regional teams and distributors to influence product strategy, secure tenders, and deliver operational and commercial excellence.
Support distributor management in the Philippines, including training, performance evaluation and joint customer visits.
Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, market trends, competitive intelligence and customer needs.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Compliance and Medical Affairs to ensure seamless execution and a “ONE Grifols” approach across the territory.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related field.
3–5 years of sales experience in the Diagnostics industry, ideally within Blood Transfusion and specifically Immunohematology.
Strong sales management capabilities and a proven ability to open markets, expand portfolios, and build customer loyalty.
Strong relationships with key customers and an understanding of tenders, procurement processes, and diagnostic workflows.
Results-driven, persistent, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working autonomously.
Fluent in English.
Able to travel up to 30% of the time to the Philippines.
