Serve as the primary technical expert throughout the sales process, leading technical deep dives, security and compliance reviews, and proofs-of-concept (POCs).
Design, architect, and present detailed integration strategies for key customers, often involving complex data migration and API connectivity with existing legal practice management systems.
Partner closely with Product to translate customer technical requirements into actionable product feedback, directly influencing the roadmap for enterprise readiness.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, compelling presentations, and customized demo environments to clearly articulate the platform's value and technical flow.
Proactively identify and address recurring technical obstacles in the sales process, driving internal initiatives to improve efficiency and scale our post-sales efforts.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role, preferably at a B2B SaaS company selling into the enterprise.
Deep functional understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, data integration patterns, and security best practices (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA/PII handling).
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
Proven track record of managing and closing large, complex technical deals and coordinating cross-functional resources effectively.
A "founder's mentality" with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and build processes from the ground up.
