Junior Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

• Act as the central coordination point between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure that content production flows smoothly from ideation to publishing
• Take ownership of timelines and deliverables
• Offer hands-on exposure to content creation, including writing, basic design, and editing

Requirements

• Coordinate content shoots by scheduling timelines, aligning stakeholders, and managing logistics
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of content production
• Manage follow-ups with stakeholders to gather required inputs such as scripts, approvals, and participation
• Oversee post-production workflows by coordinating with editors and designers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain and update the master content calendar, tracking deadlines and dependencies
• Identify potential delays and proactively address risks to ensure timely campaign execution
• Support content creation through writing, basic design, and minor video editing tasks
• Assist in capturing content during shoots, including candid moments and supporting visuals
• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with campaign goals and quality standards
• Facilitate seamless communication across teams to maintain workflow efficiency
