Campaign management: planning, execution and oversight of influencer marketing campaigns in close coordination with the team
Client communication: supporting client servicing, preparing weekly updates and meeting materials
Market and competitive analysis: identifying trends and developing ideas to strengthen client strategies
Budget & cost control: supporting budget management and ensuring commercial targets are met
Internal coordination: close collaboration with Key Account Management and support for account growth
Paid media support: assisting on paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok

At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management or a comparable role
Strong communication skills and a confident sense for working with clients and creators
Initial experience in budget management and process optimization
Basic understanding of social media, influencer marketing and paid media, with a desire to grow professionally
Team-player mentality, hands-on approach and personal initiative
Excellent German skills (at least C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken
Diplomatic skills in dealing with diverse stakeholders
