Define and drive test strategy for complex healthcare modules or subsystems
Establish risk-based validation approaches for regulated workflows
Design comprehensive validation strategies across functional, integration, and regression layers
Ensure compliance-sensitive logic is thoroughly validated
Lead production defect root cause analysis for systemic issues
Define automation strategy across manual and automated coverage
Identify high-value automation candidates based on risk and repeatability
Drive quality metrics, coverage reporting, and defect trend analysis
Mentor Senior and mid-level QA analysts
Partner with Engineering and Product leadership on quality impact assessment
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in US Healthcare technology
Strong understanding of the US healthcare claims lifecycle and the ability to analyze issues, investigate data, and debug problems across application and database layers.
Experience with Submissions workflows or risk adjustment is highly preferred.
Familiarity with government-sponsored programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Advantage plans is expected.
At a minimum, candidates should understand end-to-end claims processing on the clearinghouse or payer side.
Strong SQL skills are required, including the ability to query data, validate scenarios, and investigate issues.
Experience working with Amazon RDS (SQL Server) and analytical platforms such as Amazon Redshift is preferred, though experience with similar relational databases or data warehouse technologies is acceptable
Solid understanding of testing processes including functional, integration, and regression testing.
Ability to identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, optimize test coverage, and enhance overall QA practices.
Working knowledge of programming concepts, with Python preferred, and the ability to define, contribute to, or implement automation frameworks where appropriate
